Description | The course covers various topics related to the application of fiqh principles in management practices, both in the context of business, social, and educational organizations. The topics that will be discussed include: (1) Definition and scope of management fiqh, (2) Basics of Islamic law in management (including the principles of justice, trust, and deliberation), (3) Human resource management in an Islamic perspective, (4) Financial management in accordance with fiqh principles (halal finance, prohibition of usury, zakat and waqf), (5) Organizational management in Islam (structure, delegation, and division of tasks), (6) Business and managerial ethics in Islam, (7) Dispute resolution in management according to Islamic law, (8) Risk and crisis management in fiqh-based organizations, (9) Islamic leadership, (10) Change management in an Islamic perspective, (11) Corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the context of sharia, (12) Time and resource management in Islam, (13) Evaluation and performance appraisal in Islamic organizations, and (14) Case studies and application of management fiqh in modern organizations. This course aims to provide a deep understanding of the ways of management in accordance with Islamic principles, so that students can implement fiqh in managerial practices effectively and ethically in various fields of life. |
