Description | This course is a study program course in the undergraduate Islamic Education Management study program with a load of 4 credits. In this course, students are given insight into managerial basics, regarding managerial functions and operational functions of HR management to achieve effective work results in the field of education. The subject matter includes two main themes, namely Educational Human Resource Management related to Teachers and Education Personnel and Human Resource Management related to Students. These two main themes are then explained into several sub-topics of discussion, namely: Basic Concepts of Human Resource Management, Job Analysis and Design, HR Planning and Procurement, Control, Supervision, Coaching and Development of HR, HR Performance Assessment, Compensation and Motivation and HR Job Satisfaction , Human Resource Empowerment in Education, Basic Concepts of Student Management, Student Planning, Student Acceptance and School Orientation, Student Grouping, Student Discipline Development, Evaluation Student Learning Outcomes, Level System, Majors, Transfers and Drop Outs, as well as Special Service Programs. |
